well.. have started working as a Mcdonald Manager for few days till now.. hmmm.. everything goes quite smoothly.. nth bad happen.. 5th day of work.. i actually got a compliment letter =DD this customer actually complained about his food not long ago.. and they came to me and told me abt it.. since i am still a trainee, certain things i still not authorize to do.. and wat my boss did was refund the whole thing to him.. tat is wat happened the other time la.. as for my compliment.. is that the customer actually accidentally spill his coffee.. i did wat i have to.. =DD since i was a crew b4.. such things happened before.. so i know how to handle such situation.. and wat was in my mind is that customer feeling!!! haha.. i did wat i have to, and end up?? i got a compliment letter.. =DD hehe.. HAPPY!!

now let see wat i can do further for my customer =DD..

terimakaseh~ jumba lagi~ =DD i learned this 2 phrase from aunty sukina from my store.. =DD is malay language which stand for "Thank you~ see u again~" haha.. and i actually used this 2 phrase to my customer who is malay.. =DD and the customers actually tot i kw how to speak malay.. i confess that i only kw this 2 phrase and they just laugh and left.. =DD hehe.. feel so good to let my customer smile.. =DD WEEEEE!!! gonna start work in 30min time.. JIAYOU WOR!!!!
